We support high performing and high potential individuals and groups to maximise their personal and professional impact. Our client list is varied and includes mostly private sector SME’s, some charities and PLC’s, as well as a number of professional sports athletes.

Our services are completely bespoke to our clients needs however for simplicity our most frequently requested services can be thought of as:

  • 1-2-1 Executive coaching - Helping leaders realise their potential, maximise their impact, remaining resilient and authentic on their journey.

  • Team development -Building and nurturing high performing teams.

  • Leadership development - Inspiring and enabling leadership throughout an organisation to ensure leaders have the right blend of strategic and influencing skills to grow the organisations long term sustainability.

  • Bespoke leadership consultancy - Supporting cultural transformation, business expansion, M&A, new executive/team support and many other areas where the support of a confidential and reliable sounding board can optimise thinking on an issue.

Often our support forms part of a bigger picture and longer term cultural or transformation process where we have partnered with organisations to support the development of their leadership and cultural ambitions. As importantly at the other end of the spectrum we have plenty of experience working with first-time, and experienced, executives and chief executives who just want the support of a 1-2-1 coach.

Sometimes we are hired with a clear objective in mind other times its starts with a feeling ‘something just isn’t quite right here’. Our decision to work together is based solely upon our ability to add value.
