Green Bottle Consulting was founded by John Walton who has built a team of outstanding coaches and consultants with experience in business, sport and the military. We work across a range of industries and organisations supporting leaders and teams to stay resilient and be at their best.

About our Managing Director

John experienced an initial grounding in the elite army Parachute Regiment followed by a career in high performance sport.

He now leverages these experiences to work with leaders and teams across a variety of businesses and sectors as a coach and consultant. His areas of expertise are in resilience and leading through ambiguity.

John has personally supported medal winning athletes over multiple Olympic games and World Championships before setting up his company to provide executive coaching support to leaders in business. John focuses on helping leaders to be at their personal best and to develop high performing teams and culture capable of dealing with setbacks, challenge and change.

John holds a 1st class degree as well as post graduate degrees in Sports Psychology and Executive Coaching and Mentoring. His ongoing personal development includes leadership and negotiation programs at Cambridge University and Harvard Law School.

His work has been endorsed by senior executives and top athletes alike.
